Most of our clients are B2B / B2B2C health-tech US-based companies. They are not the shiny, popular, B2C brands with virtually unlimited marketing budgets that the typical creative agency seeks as a client. Our clients are far more exciting and rewarding to work with. They are enthusiastic, willing to trust, and open to trying new paths and ideas. 

We are a small team and we only work with a selected group of clients. We put quality first, both in our work and in the relationships we develop with colleagues, collaborators, and customers.

WHAT WE NEED

 

We are seeking a talented and motivated Art Director to join us. You’ll work with a small but mighty team as well as external freelance creative collaborators.

This is a full-time role, for which you will be expected to work in-person, in the office, 5 days a week (WFH and remote only in exceptional circumstances). Ideally, the right candidate will start in July.

The kind of projects you will coordinate

You will plan Moodboard, Look&Feel, Storyboard, Lights, Textures, Music, Camera Movements.
Our external 3D artists will execute, and a better outcome relies on clear communication.

WHO YOU ARE

 

  • Highly creative and with a keen eye for detail.

  • Possessing a deep passion for 3D animation and design.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

  • Able to provide clear and constructive feedback.

  • Demonstrating exceptional sense of aesthetic and design.

  • Adaptable and thriving in meeting project objectives and deadlines.

REQUIREMENTS

 

Must haves

  • Expertise in 3D animation projects (MANDATORY), focusing on pre-production phase and defining look & feel, references, examples, and storyboards.

  • Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and possesses basic intermediate knowledge of 3D software.

  • Strong command of English, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and concepts.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a studio or agency environment.

  • Leadership and communication skills, with the ability to delegate and inspire collaborators (3D artists & Video editors).

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and quality results.

  • A proactive and positive mindset, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing project requirements.

Nice to haves

  • Focus on tech projects, showcasing a strong understanding of clean and minimalist design aesthetics.

  • Experience with health-tech projects.
