ABOUT YOU

 

Acting as the main point of contact with clients, the Account Executive is invested in understanding the client’s needs, identifying solutions for them, and providing insights for the creative team. 

You will be focused on:

  • Managing the relationship and regular communication with the client throughout the lifecycle of each project. You will organize, prepare, and conduct meetings to present all the key phases of the project, supported by the Account Manager and relevant creative team members as needed.

  • Getting everyone aligned on the end goal. You will be responsible for preparing the project brief for the team, as well as attending kick-off meetings and check-ins to ensure the solutions developed are in line with the clients' needs and objectives.

  • Ensuring client engagement. You will be the main point of contact for the assigned clients, keeping them updated on progress and involved with the project.

  • Ensuring the accuracy and quality of all deliveries. You will use your keen attention to detail to catch any errors before the final delivery.

Skills

 

Native/ near-native English (mandatory)

At least 2 years of professional experience (preferably in creative/ branding agencies)
